Maxdor fully welded steel frame system that can be glazed with glass or solid infill panels. Available in single, double, leaf and a half door formats, this system is regarded as a stronger longer-lasting version of the aluminium system that is frequently used throughout all commercial buildings.
axdor Slimframe Plus is ideal for usage where high vision and light are needed in schools, restaurants, offices and public buildings especially where fire rating is required.
A wide range of design options are available including full glazing, glazing with mid rails, portcullis, including mid-rails, vertical bars and glazing combinations.

Product Details
A welded steel door system featuring 50mm deep frame sections with a flush fit inside and out. Thin door profiles giving a narrow overall door stile and outer frame sight line of 105mm. Double door meeting stiles have a 150mm sight line. Low thresholds available to meet the requirements of BS8300, Equality Act and Part M of the Building Regulations.
Doors meet EN 14351-1 Standard. Steel profiles manufactured from 1.4401 (AISI 316) and
1.4307 (AISI 304L) ensuring they meet both standard specifications, as well as more enhanced coastal or heavy industrial applications.
- Tightness against heavy rain until class 5A
- Air permeability until class 4
- Resistance to wind load until class C5
- Sound insulation until Rw 45 DB
- Emergency exit doors in accordance with EN 1125 / EN 179.
Maxdor 602 steel doors come with all the hardware and options associated with commercial doors.
Door available on concealed overhead closers or face fixed closers and hinges.
Full range of locks is available including single point or multi-point locking, magnetic locks, panic bars and exit devices and access control systems.
Options include kickplates, push plates and a full range of door handles and architectural ironmongery.

Doors are available in a choice of standard RAL colours from the Interpon / Akzo-Nobel powder range. Minimum paint thickness is approx. 30 – 50 Microns. Optional include woodgrain colours, textured powder coating and the full RAL colour range.
